AGM

All parents are invited (and encouraged) to attend the Annual General Meeting of the PTA. At the meeting we will report back on the previous year and elect a new chair, secretary, treasurer and three additional trustees for the incoming year.

 

Posted below are:

  1. The Agenda for the Meeting
  2. A nomination form for anyone who would like to nominate anyone (or be nominated) as a trustee or office bearer.
  3. The Essential Trustee - which gives you all the information you need about being a trustee.

 

 

After the AGM we will post up the outgoing chair's report and financials.
