Emily's Hot Cross Buns

Making hot Cross buns, I made these by myself, it’s a Paul Hollywood recipe. I really liked him when he was on bake off.

You have to be patient when cooking these as there are lots of stages, but they are sooooo worth the wait. I enjoyed making theses. I have post a picture of the recipe I used as it is toooo long to write out.
