As the weather is to be great this weekend here is a great way to keep the family active even when you are on lockdown!

 

 

Create your obstacle course using things you can find in the around your house and garden like plant pots, tennis balls and books which can be balanced on the head.

 

Who can complete the course in the quickest time? Could you challenge your mum and dad? How about a relay race? You and your siblings against your parents?
